Entire villa in the Balearic Islands

Set between mountains and sea, this peaceful villa enjoys a unique cliffside location about 70 metres above the water. From the large terrace, you can hear the waves, the wind and birds, and enjoy sea air and natural surroundings. The setting is quiet, private and ideal for rest and relaxation.

The house is officially registered as a Holiday Rental Home with the Balearic Government (ETV6334). It offers open views, beautiful sunsets and clear night skies in a calm, natural environment.

Outside, guests can enjoy Mediterranean gardens, relax outdoors or use the open-air shower while listening to nature. Inside, the house has been fully refurbished and features an open-plan kitchen and dining area, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and osmosis water system. The dining area includes a large table, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a sound system. As the area is very quiet, guests are kindly asked to respect the neighbours.

The villa has four bedrooms: three with double beds and one with single beds. All rooms include wardrobes, storage furniture, ceiling fans, lighting and radiators. There are two full bathrooms with showers, plus an additional toilet in the laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

For families with small children, high chairs and cots are available on request. Towels, bed linen and kitchen cloths are provided, along with board games, books and local guidebooks. Guests can also receive information about nearby restaurants and excursions.

A 5-minute walk leads to crystal-clear waters for swimming. The area is ideal for walking, cycling or driving, with easy access to the Serra de Tramuntana (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Banyalbufar village is about 2 km away and offers restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and a beach. Esporles (20 minutes by car) has a popular Saturday market, Palma is around 35 minutes away and the airport about 45 minutes.

Other things to note
The final part of the access road is narrow, so a small or medium-sized car is recommended. Private parking for two vehicles is available. The house is not suitable for wheelchair access due to steps from the parking area.

Guests are asked to respect the peaceful surroundings, use water and electricity responsibly, and leave the house as found. Fires and barbecues are not allowed. The local tourist tax (€2 per person per day for guests aged 16 and over) is not included and must be paid on arrival.
