Payment and cancellation
There are no cancellation fees for bookings cancelled at least 8 weeks before arrival. Payment is made by bank transfer at the time of booking.
Internet and parking
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Free private parking is available next to the house. No reservation is required.

Arrival and keys
A representative will meet you in the Banyalbufar area, guide you to the house, explain the main details and provide two sets of keys.
House rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are not permitted.
There are no fixed quiet hours, but guests are kindly asked to respect the neighbours.
Minimum age to rent the house: 18 years.
Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot and an extra bed for children over 2 years old are available on request.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over and is paid on arrival. A receipt will be provided.
From May 1 to October 31

Cleaning fee

The house is located in a mountain area. The cleaning service includes one cleaning before arrival and one after departure to ensure the house is kept in excellent condition.

Respecting current legislation, Son Riera Petit Paradís (hereinafter, Website) undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures according to the level of security appropriate to the risk of the data collected.

Personal data collected by Son Riera Petit Paradís through forms on its pages will be processed to facilitate and fulfil commitments between the Website and the User, maintain the relationship established in forms, or respond to requests or queries. Only identifying data are processed on Son Riera Petit Paradís. No special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR are processed.

The legal basis for processing is consent. Son Riera Petit Paradís undertakes to obtain express and verifiable consent from the User for processing their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
Users may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent and generally does not affect use of the Website.
When Users provide data through forms, they will be informed if completion of any fields is mandatory because they are essential for the operation.

Personal data of minors
Respecting Articles 8 of the GDPR and 7 of Organic Law 3/2018, only those over 14 years of age may give consent for processing of their personal data lawfully by Son Riera Petit Paradís. For persons under 14 years of age, consent of parents or guardians is necessary and processing will only be considered lawful to the extent authorised by them.
Secrecy and security of personal data
Son Riera Petit Paradís undertakes to adopt necessary technical and organisational measures according to the level of security appropriate to the risk, to guarantee security of personal data and prevent destruction, loss, accidental or unlawful alteration, or unauthorised communication or access.
The Website has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate ensuring personal data are transmitted securely and confidentially through completely encrypted transmission between server and User.
However, as Son Riera Petit Paradís cannot guarantee the impregnability of the internet or total absence of hackers or others who fraudulently access personal data, the Data Controller undertakes to communicate to Users without undue delay when a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in high risk to rights and freedoms of natural persons.
Personal data shall be treated as confidential by the Data Controller, who undertakes to guarantee by legal or contractual obligation that such confidentiality is respected by employees, associates and any person to whom information is made accessible.
Rights derived from processing of personal data
