Son Riera Petit Paradís

We had an amazing time. The house is privately located with the most incredible views of the sea. There is a small port, where you can swim from - just 5min walk from the house. Carles was a great host; extremely friendly, responsive, and supportive. As others have mentioned, make sure to rent a small car as the drive to the house from the main road is tricky with a very narrow road. I would return to this place any day. A truely special place.

Parar en la casa de carles sin dudas va a ser una experiencia que nunca olvidaré. La casa tiene una ubicación de ensueño qué tenes que hacer un esfuerzo para salir a recorrer el resto de las bellezas de palma. Carles un gran anfitrión siempre atento a todo. Ojalá la vida me lleve de vuelta allí

La maison est située dans un endroit très calme loin de l’agitation ,accrochée à la montagne et face à la mer.La vue est incroyable !!!En contre bas nous avons pu nous baigner tous les jours et admirer les poissons dans une eau transparente.La maison dispose d’une grande terrasse pour dîner et passer de bons moments.Elle est en très bon état.Le village est tout près pour les restaurants et il est magnifique.C’était parfait.

Le lieu est vraiment magnifique, c est un endroit en dehors du temps, ou l on peut apprécier la vue incroyable du matin au soir, avec les différentes lumières du jour, jusqu’à lune qui se reflète sur les flots et le ciel étoilé non pollué d aucune lumière artificielle. Chant des cigales le jour, bruissement des vagues le reste du temps. Une merveille. L exposition est bonne on bénéficie d un bon ombrage l essentiel de la journée. L accès est en effet un peu stressant au debut. Nous avions loué un VW ti Cross, ca passe bien une fois qu on a pris le coup et surtout qu on passe le virage critique à la montée sans s arreter au milieu ( risque de patinage si on ralentit trop, il faut y aller au culot, ca passe pour un bon conducteur qui garde son sang froid - sinon laisser la voiture en haut - 12 mn à pied!) . Idéalement prendre un peu moins large comme voiture. La crique en bas est agréable, nous avons eu des meduses deux jours puis plus rien. C est un des plus beaux endroits que j ai jamais habité, je recommande à 200%

Wirklich ein unglaublicher Platz. Die Aussicht so unvergesslich und ein absolut erholsamer Ort. Der Weg dorthin ein wenig herausfordernd, den Hinweis des kleinen Autos unbedingt beherzigen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Beim Einkauf vorausplanen, der nächste Ort ca. 4km entfernt und sie Straße steil. Wir haben den Badeplatz trotz des Aufstieges beim Rückweg sehr genossen. Sehr klares Wasser und auch für Schnorchler eine schöne Unterwasserwelt. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Wir wurden von Carles außerordentlich gut betreut.

7 Tage Mallorca im Winter.Unerwartet sonnig und warm.Wir haben die Woche in diesem "kleinen Paradies" genossen.Die Lage am Hang über dem Meer ist traumhaft.Jeden Tag haben wir fantastische Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse aus genossen.Das Haus bietet alles was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird.Die Zufahrtsstrasse ist etwas abenteuerlich.Aber mit einem nicht zu grossen Fahrzeug ist das gut zu meistern.Carles ist ein "Superhost",und war sehr um unser Wohl bemüht.Der Check in war mehr wie easy.Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können Carles "petit Paradis" Son Riera uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

We had a great time at Carles place. There were six of us and plenty of room for all of us to move about. The terrace is amazing. Some did make the walk down to the beach below the house for a swim. Lovely sunsets. Parking with two small cars is no problem. This family home is awesome with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. Washer/Dryer/Dishwaster available.

We loved every minute of our stay in Son Riera, the terrace, the view, the little snorkelling bay - we had a perfectly relaxing holiday! Better to do the whole shopping beforehand though because the next supermarket is not near and you won’t feel like taking the car once you’ve arrived, rather just like staying put and marvelling at the surroundings! Good to know also that the last bit of road is very narrow and steep - not for the faint-hearted but doable. We cannot but recommend this place, we’ll definitely be back as soon as we can!
